Building permits are required for the construction, alteration, or raising of any building or the erection of a sign, fence, or swimming pool.

Forms are available below or can be picked up in the Clerk's office.  The Building Inspector must be contacted prior to commencing work.  If zoning approval is needed, you must obtain approval from the Village prior to permit issuance by either meeting with the Planning Commission or attending a regular Council meeting.
